received phone calls never leave message

keep recieving phone calls. caller id says, " US LEC". NEVER leaves a message.

For last 2 weeks, receive daily call from this no. Caller ID is US LEC. I do not answer calls from anyone's no. I don't recognize. They never leave a message.

Calls from 815-904-8753 (US LEC on the called ID) continually come every day. Although they go to voice mail, the only message is the sound of a phone being hung up.

Same.  CID = US LEC. Now Blocked.
