Recieved a phone call on both my land line and cell phone. Called back on my cell phone, only have a restricted number of people who know it and some guy said he was a Vincent somebody, no mention of why he called but he knew my first name.
I had a call from Jack with MRC Receivables trying to collect a "debt" that was time barred anyway regardless of validity (which I did not even bother to request). Very rude and demanding and would not accept my demand to never call me again and tried to argue statute of limitations on debts with me. He broke the law and lied several times in our conversation and I am filing a complaint with the attorney general, BBB, and FTC. They have done this in the last and been sued. Do not verify anything or give them info or promise to pay. IT IS A SCAM.
