Anonymous caller.  It displayed only a number, no name,
no company.  We do not answer anonymous calls.

I wonder whether this is not the the Illinois Police
Association, or Illinois Chiefs of Police, who seem
to use many numbers in that area, such as 815-904-8758,
815-668-0136, etc. and who pester people with persistent
anonymous calls.
