(815)999-0090 Called my phone at 1:50 pm on Monday, January 16th. I answered but I put my phone on silent mode. Who or whatever was on the other end did not say anything and there was no sound. I called the number back, but first I had blocked my number (by entering *67 before the number). I received an automated error message stating "you have reached a non working number....) I've decided to ignore this number from now on because it cannot be any legitimate person, or business, or entity.
