I do not share my cell phone number, so the call was likely randomly dialed. The call went directly to voicemail but only the end of the message was recorded.  The electronically generated voice instructed the recipient to press a number to be removed from the calling list.  This leads me to believe that the caller was harvesting working numbers by getting people to press the "remove" key.
