I got a call from this number today. Caller ID said Milner Robert. No idea who it is, and frankly, I don't care. If it isn't a wrong number, then it's gotta be some telemarketer, or political, and I don't talk to any of those people. The call is from a phone somewhere in Kanas City, Missouri.
I finally decided to answer, a woman verified my name then hung up. I found this number was linked to Level 3 Communications--and found that one of their clients is Homeland Security...
1st time I did not answer. Second time they called and asked for my mother who's name is on the bill. When I said NO she is not available they hung up. Not even saying good bye or thank you. Blocked this call. RUDE. should be someway to stop this nonsense.
