They said I contacted them from an email requesting more information. Not true. I didn't understand the name of the company she said she was with. Just from looking online, it looks like debt collection settlement. Don't know where they get their information, not needing to do this.
They call my work and my cell phone number. They want me to verify the last 4 digits of my social which they have. They have my address and say they are calling about a debt with Pay Day Yes which I have never had anything with them. They say they are with a law office of Layman & Turner and another caller said he was with a law office names Burns & Stevens. They say they are investigators or paralegals following up on a debt and that I need to pay $3860.00 to them which includes the 360% on the debt. If I don't pay they are going to have to forward it and file criminal charges for fraud and intent to defraud a company. These people need to be stopped!!!!!! We need to be protected from these preditors!!!!!!
