Who called from 8163988790

they said they were a paid caller from the Breast Cancer Research and Support fund.     A scam I think

Got the same story, told her I support locally, informed her that I was on the do not call list and that as soon as I hang up I was reporting it to attonery general, she hung up. This after they called my home phone earlier and I didn't answer, then at 8:50 pm called my cell phone.
