Keep getting calls from this number at all hours. The prefix 399 is common and the last 4 digits changed. Community Blood Bank is notorious in doing this
Keeps calling my business & hanging up. Called it back and it says it can't identify my telephone number so I should enter it in and hit the pound sign. Sure. I'll do that. Wait... no I won't. They're irritating because they just won't stop.
