Received call. No message left. Would like to know who called.

After talking to an "Agent" for 20 minutes, I found out this is American Benefits Group. They are a) violating the National DoNotCall Registry by calling me, b) posing as Blue Cross and c) recording their calls without notifying (illegal in my state), so I didn't mind wasting lots of their time giving fake names and BDs for me and my family. Their website is Amben.com and their number is 800-499-3539 if you want to give a call and ask what their NDNCR policy is...

I don't answer unknown numbers very often.

I have received a call many times from this number.  Never says anything after I say hello, then it hangs up.
