"Helo, helo, helo"......he did not say "Hello". Caller ID shows 'Kansas City Missouri'........caller left no message. I recognized the male voice from other 'helo' telemarketing calls of which I never answer. Call came in at 9:41 a.m.
Missed the name (noise on my end) but claimed to be collecting for disabled vets. Extremely pushy fellow, wanting at least a "one time only, tax deductible" $10 donation. Hung up on him when he wouldn't accept unemployed people have no money to spare. I wouldn't call it a telemarketer, but I doubt it's actually a nonprofit.
