Found an ad on craigslist, messaged, and this was exactly what he replied:
"Yes he has an add on craigslist for an apartment and wants me to complete application and said he will send up the keys and info by fed ex as he and his wife are in missouri for missionary work and dont have a realtor representative. I wished this to be true but the looks of it they are liars and cheaters"
this is the number of a person "John Lol" who is renting out a loft in toronto and wants people to send him all of their personal info in a "rental agreement" without them having seen the property in person. this is a scam. the next step is for people to send in money. or maybe they don't ask them to do that at all and they just need their info to sign up for a credit card, etc.
