Called at 8:30 pm. No msg left. Who the heck is this? Don't know anyone on KC area.

Me too.  Happy St. Pat's Day 2016.

Called my cell and asked for me by name. Then just hung up.  My cell is in my husband's name, so how did they know mine?

I received a call from this number Today (3/21) at 5:50 p.m. Caller ID just said "Missouri". I answered and the gentleman on the other end ask for Frank. I told him he had the wrong number and he proceeded with, "Well, maybe you could help me, I'm calling on behalf of..." but I do not recall the organization's name or he may not have actually said it. He spoke quickly so I could not interrupt to say no. He mentioned Missouri and veterans and his speech ended with whether he could send me an information packet so that I might make a donation. I politely told him, "You know, I would consider it, but I do not like how this phone call started and I think I will pass." He said thank you, politely, and said to have a very nice rest of the evening. I said thank you and we hung up. I do not know if this is a scam, but I was being honest when I said I did not like how the conversation started.
