Who called from 8165863847

Someone and asked for me by my first  name. When I asked for who he wanted he used my last name. When I  asked what he wanted he started coughing and hung up. Usually  I  don't  answer unknown  numbers  but his last name on phone ID was same as my step father who is quite  elderly and I  was worried  something  had happened  to him or my mom.

Called twice today.  The number is unknown to me and I denied the calls. No vm left. The number is now blocked.
