I just got one of these calls this morning. Same number, same name Belle S Welk. The guy had a foreign accent and claimed he was from Microsoft Windows. He also said the call was attached to my computer and that's when I hung up. I am certain it was a scam/spam call.
Foreign sounding woman, could hardly speak english, telling me something was wrong with my computer. I do not live in the same state. How could they know? This is YET another spam call. I am so tired of getting these calls. I get sometimes as many as 8-10 calls a day! I think there should be some kind if law against this. Makes me want to get rid of my phone all together!
