Who called from 8166562705

This is repeating call.  About daily.  Hangs up on answering machine.   Scam?  Political?

Called yesterday evening, left no msg.

Just called; no message; May be wrong number (?)

Taking polls for the public

I block all 816 numbers so this one was blocked. I always check to make sure I haven't blocked a good call. "Hello. You have reached Hard Data... survey..." They remain blocked.
