I have received around 20 calls from this number over the last 4 weeks. I finally blocked it. The message says I need to talk with someone now about lowering my interest rate on a credit card (no specific type of card) an. I need to do it now as it's my last chance to get this special rate. I stated with hanging up all the time and then went to pushing 1 to see what was up and then it either hangs up on me, or puts me on hold forever. One time a foreign man came on and I told him to please put me on the do not call list. He then went into wanting my info.. I told him do not ever call again! And since then I have received another dozen calls.
