I started getting these calls from 816-826-3116 and when I answered they would not say anything so I hung up. I then called the number back and when someone answered the phone I asked who they were and she said they were calling about my medicine and I immediately told her I don't want whatever they were selling and to take me off their list and I was going to report them. There are so many scammers out here it is ridiculous. So everyone watch out for these scammers.

This number goes to a “return to college" broker company which they get your number from you possibly having signed up as "interested" in going back to college (likely via one of those "free funding/scholarship" offers commonly seen on social websites). Is not a scam, just them following up on something you left for them to contact you. If you don't want them casing you simply call the number back and let them know you're not interested and they'll stop calling.
