The same thing happened to me. They said they had my address and a really old phone number and if i did not contact them today they would issue a summons for court. They had a case they wanted to settle out of court or they wanted my attorneys information. i asked who they were hired by and what the case was about but i got nothing from them, Just to agree to settle or give my attorneys information. Once i asked for their information to give to my attorney they hung up.
This number called with a name "Martin B" and left a message from us to call back. My husband called them back and a girl answered and said that she had three pending cases on me and needed to discuss them with me. When I got on the phone and started talking to them, she asked if I lived at an old address then I cut her off and started asking her questions and was only able to get one question out, "who do you work with" and she answered it and then my husband said it's a scam, and the girl hung up. The name that she gave me for the company is "Mediation Legal Support Services".
