got the same call today, actually for a couple of weeks to about a month now leaving the same information, never have received anything in the mail and no name is ever mentioned besides the Jennings and assocs part.
Got the same calls...a couple times this week, female on the line stating she needs to speak to me or my atty of record today and if she does not means I'm waiting rights to council and my case will be submitted???? Have not received anything in the mail from these people..and what are they submitting and where??
