I called and asked how they got my number and they said I had an account, I asked what that account number was and they hung up...

I received a call from this number saying they were going to delete $299 for a subscription I had. I call back to stop the deduction.I gave them my bank account number so they could verify the info. They said is was all correct, But 2 days later they still deducted the money. When I called back to ask why all they do is hang up. Poor customer service. I need to find another number to speak with someone so they don't take more money by mistake again.
