Answered since I was expecting a call from TX. They are "Academic Advisor" or something similar, not sure what they are selling.

I AM BEING HARRASSED BY THIS COMPANY.  THEY DO OT GIVE WHO THEY ARE, BUT I KNOW IT IS A DEBT COLLECTOR.  THE WOMAN STARTS ON A RANT, DOES NOT TELL WHO SHE IS, OR WHAT COMPANY SHE IS WORKING WITH.  THERE IS A BEEP AS I ANSWER THE PHONE SO I BELIEVE THE CALL TO BE RECORDED.  SHE YELLED AT ME ABOUT MY CREDIT SCORE ONE NIGHT,..I GUESS I AM JUST GOING TO GO PHONELESS AND THE NEXT STEP IS HOMELESSNESS.  WONDER IF SHE WILL WALK THE STREETS AT MIDNIGHT TO TRY TO FIND ME.
ACTUALLY, THIS TYPE OF CALLING IS DRIVING ME INSANE.  I AM JUST TRYING TO GET BY.  LIFE IS NOT ALWAYS FAIR BUT I DO THE BEST I CAN AND I DO NOT NEED THIS WOMAN OR ANY OTHER WOMAN CALLING ME.

Other sites have report this number as some kind of placement service or education advancement service.

robo dialing spammers who hang up. I hate hangups.

They did not leave a message, so I called and the answering machine said, if you don't want our services press 1, so I did, they better never call me again, I NEVER requested any services.
