Call show as GM Financial, however they always ask for me by name & request call back to 855-501-5560. They NEVER say who is calling (i.e. GM), nor reference what call pertains to, or who to ask for when calling them back. I smell scam...
Woman requested an employee regarding "a personal business matter." Since this is code for "collection agency," I told her that the company doesn't accept personal calls and to contact the person either on his cell or at home. She said Thank You and hung up, which is what they're supposed to do. They shouldn't argue or extend the conversation in any way.
