This person claimed they were calling from the Department of Health and Safety, which there is no such thing in Texas. There is a federal Occupation Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and the Department of Health and Human Services, and the Department of Public Safety. I am a college professor of Federal and Texas Government both, no one can pull something like a government organization name scam over on me!
