Nope James. You only get the calls if your phone number was given in association with taking a survey. If you didn't take the survey, then someone used your phone number when they took the survey. "You" refers to whomever is receiving unsolicited phone calls. :)
I block my number and try to call them back, and a message comes on saying "This line does not accept calls from blocked numbers." A legit business won't have that when trying to call them.

Nope, Mitsy. You can get the calls because you did the survey, for someone else using your number to take the survey, or just because the caller is dialling all numbers in a given sequence.
