Who called from 8176973002

Called my cell.  Didn't answer.  No voice mail.

Didn't answer.  Not in contacts.  Came shortly after auto extended warranty solicitor call from another number ( Hiley Mazda)

Called back and was told I would be connected to the next avaiable agent

Call received from this number, which I did not recognize. I let it ring through to voice mail - but they left no message. This number has been added to my kill file. Wasn't the 'Do Not Call' list supposed to stop this stuff?  I fear that I am approaching the point where almost every phone number is in the kill file.  So I won't get any calls.  So I won't need a phone . . . . .
