This is a person who goes by the name "Mark." He acts like he works for Microsoft and will try to scam you into paying for Microsoft Security Essentials for $150 (program is free.) Further, he will attempt to gain your trust, getting you to allow him access to your computer, acts like he is trying to remove a virus from it, and will actually be downloading harmful things to your computer while continuously harassing you to purchase MSE for $150 while also trying very hard to gain information about your banking accounts (i.e asking for your routing number etc.) When you refuse to pay, and ask for simple help to remove the virus, he will forward you to a [***] "supervisor" who harasses you some more about getting your bank account information, and when you refuse him, they leave your computer as a virus infested mess.
