Today claimed to be USSP Shipping. Normally ask for foreman name & phone number for a delivery to a jobsite they are having trouble delivering to. They of course can't tell me what it is or who it is from...my normal response is return it to the sender. I then get put on hold for the "supervisor" and go through the whole thing again before I hang up. I have been getting these calls weekly for 6 months, now every couple of weeks.
Receive daily calls from them about a damaged shipment that they cannot reship without authorization. I said "if it's a damaged shipment ... shouldn't you be calling the company who shipped it to me? I don't accept damaged shipments" And they hung up.
Claiming to be from USSP Shipping ...has a very important package that wasn't delivered.Then asked for a VP of Mktg by name. One of many calls as my phone number seems to be on a Commercial Insurance Call List. "Nancy" wanted the VP's Cell # to call him direct. She gave up and hung up.
