Called....answered and after about 10 seconds hung up

This number has called 2 days in a row. They just hang up when you answer the phone.

No one there when I answered. Called it back and woman answered and said your calling a number that records all call, may I get your name.

Bill Collector for unknown company or a scammer, either way, you want my name when you have called me? If you don't know whom your calling you shouldn't call. When your caller ID only gives a number but no business name and then you don't identify your company name when you call, do not be surprised when I refuse to identify myself to your agent.
