Who called from 8178356010

Got 2 calls on my mobile phone from this number today, didn't answer either call.  The first call came at 6:02 pm, the second call came at 6:03 pm.  Based on what I'm reading here, I'm blocking this number.

This is one of those numbers that repeatedly calls me and no one ever is there I tried to call the number back and it says cannot be answered at this time not sure what kind of calls these are would like them to stop

I got the same.  First call I declined and before I could block they called a second time and left no message

My caller ID said this call was from Euless, TX.  They said "Hi this is John, I am on a recorded line, can you hear me ok?  I hung up.
