Who called from 8178543130

just received a call from this number...no idea who...blocked

called my cell phone 4/17 at 11:42 & 4/18 at 1:26PM. I didn't answer and I don't know who was calling.

When I got a call from this number it showed as being a contact named "Scam Likely" I answered then hung up. I didn't have this number as a contact

This number called my cell. The person on the other end asked me if I would like to save up to 30% on replacement windows and roofs...I said my house was 6mo old and perhaps in 20-30 years I might!

I finally answered because they kept calling and they hung up.  What is the deal?
