My caller ID said "Texas Oncology Billing" so I answered. The person was in a call center. He said this is the last day to lower your credit card interest. I said, "Who are you?" He said, "Don't you want to lower your credit card interest rate?". I said, "You are NOT Texas Oncology. I said do not call me any more and take me off your list."
