Just got a call to an OTTAWA, Ont. number -- I did not answer because the ;number was a strange number - I'd like to get a hold of the head of this company and bug him as his people are doing to us.
This is a call center for Bank of America, they are calling to verify your hazard/homeowners insurance. Most likely your loan was bought by them and they don't have your records. They are a call center and most of the people I talk to have a thick accent(I work in an insurance office and get this call often), so they are probably based in India,etc. Not making excuses for them, but it isn't a sales call, they just want to update your file. If they can't reach you, they will call your insurance agent.

second theres some devices for your home line that can block 40 or more numbers even ones like this, well worth the money
