Spoofed Caller ID 'Hugo Miranda' this is a standard home improvement solicitation, they claim to be licensed contractors 'Home Solutions' but he doesn't know the license number. Clearly couldn't care less about the do not call list, as when he asked to confirm my phone number I commented that yes, that's my number, just like shows on the DNC list, he said, oh, that's great, my number's on there too. And how's that working out for you??
Had a call from this party, one yesterday and one today.. The first time, I picked up the phone.. nothing...silence. Today, I just let it go to voice mail.. . no msg. I don't know any Hugo Miranda... so, have to guess, whoever or whatever it is, he's up to no good.
I received a call from this number yesterday morning and again just now. Both times no message was left. I called back, hiding my caller ID, and the man who answered said that he's getting a lot of calls from people complaining, but that he isn't the one making the calls.
Called just now--no message. Second spam call in 15 minutes (two different numbers). Blocked. Not that it will do any good...they'll just spoof a new number...
