Who called from 8182084916

We keep getting calls from Sherman Oaks numbers beginning with 208. All are contractors or representing contractors. Bottom feeders.

No message.  Scumbags.

Calls at least five times a day.  I've answered occasionally to tell them to remove my number from their list.  They don't and keep hanging up on me when I tell them to.  So rude and harassing.  They claim construction.

I've been called by this number at least 10 times and they never leave a message.  If you try to call them back the number is disconnected.  Clearly these are scam artists...It reeks of fraud.
