Who called from 8182103164

NEW SCAM NUMBER FROM THE GUYS THAT USE THE 818 AREA CODE AND THE 210 EXCHANGE
These a-wipes use 5 different telephone numbers and they all begin with 818 210.
We have ALL phone numbers beginning with 818 210 BLOCKED - they called twice - our phones do not ring

Missed the call; no message was left.

The cid showed "unknown name" and phone number 818-210-3164.  No message was left.

Why is there no FREE method of getting these intrusive and persistent calls to STOP?
I have tried profane abuse - not a deterrent, sadly: they call again - and again - and again.
Some even claim to be the I.R.S., threatening a lawsuit! (From 978-971-8975)

There is - let all calls from unfamiliar numbers go to voice mail or screen them with an answering machine.
If the caller does not leave a message of some kind, it is usually a scammer.
Telephone service that supports "simultaneous ring" and most VOIP telephony can use third-party services to do blocking.
