Robodialed. Said he was calling on behalf of his dad, Tom Parker, a licensed contractor in my town. Interestingly, Google shows no such person nor does the Calif Slate Contractor License Board database. Promises a quote valid for 2 years. Too good to be true + fib = liar.
I think this is that same g'damn Armenian contractor that displays a different outgoing name and phone number every time they repeatedly call everyone on the "Do Not Call" list. I know they call using a Robo-Dialer because my robo-blocker usually hangs upon them after the first ring, but it seems they occasionally dial phone numbers manually because every once in a while one of their calls gets through to my answering machine. The next time one of their calls gets through to me, I'm tempted to answer it just to yell at them to F-off! They suck!
