If you ask who they are, they never give their real names. 818-223-9494 calls originate from India rerouted to appear coming from the United States and Canada. Callers are not in the US or Canada. (818-223-9494 routes through CA, but is from India or Nigeria.) A private investigator verified that callers were most likely from New Delhi, India. Possible Nigeria, Israel, Ukraine, etc.
Callers from 818-223-9494 always use a fake first names. They will never give a last name, even when pressed for it. If someone calls you and does not give their real full name, it is a scam! Never accept a call from someone giving you a fake first name refusing to give their real location and real first and last name. Better to refuse calls from 818-223-9494 or block this number.
