Who called from 8182289089

Called me at 5:27 pm on 3/26/16. No message left. Called back, and it's a disconnected number.

They called and I immediately blocked - thanks to Bob P above.
NEVER answer unknown or "out of area" calls - they are always scams.
NEVER call them back - that can identify you as having a "live" phone number...a number that can be used in their other criminal enterprises.

New number scumbags are using.  Called at 4:48pm.  Picked up and said hello 2 or 3 times.  They just hung Up!!!

Called again this evening at 6:24pm.  Blocked again - blocked forever!
Our phones do not ring when they call.

What the point of even having a telephone anymore?  It's just a gateway for criminals and terrorists into your home.
