Unknown number, no VM, Called back, number not in service

These Bozos tried using war dialing (one call every three seconds from 3 phones spoofing the same number) to get past the roboguy.
Now they are also in my blocker, so I hear no rings!

Some kind of energy scam.  Real scumbags.  Block them.
