This is an unprofessional tech recruiter in Sherman Oaks, CA. Supposedly they are not tel-marketers. But some of them with little experience are just calling around behaving like tel-marketers.

Thanks for identifying this caller.  Since they're not annoying EVERYBODY, there's no other online info about this number.  Now, I can decide how to deal with their calls.  G-d bless you!

These recruiters called, said they were some other reputable recruiter agency and got all kinds of
data from me. BEWARE!

Called and left a voice message saying, they needed help with a technical project, asked for my assistance.

Same as zd above: called and left message asking for assistance with technical project.  Hmmm, what kind of project?  And referred to them by whom?  Sure smells like a low-grade recruiter.  Deleted.
