This caller is part of a criminal enterprise. Supported by a greedy telephone company that makes money from their calls and supported by useless politicians that are far too busy lining their own pockets with money to do anything constructive to help people like you and me.
He called me a "doll" as in "Hi doll". I hung up and he called again. He knew my first name this time. I asked who it is and he hung up. Very suspicious.
