I get a call from 818-272-8231 all the time and there is never a voice mail message, is there someone out there that knows the owner of this number?

Telemarketer accidentally gave me his name, Dominic Sicaria, and then hung up when he realized.

I receive calls all through the day, never leaves a voicemail...Does anyone know who the caller may be? I don't feel comfortable answering numbers I don't recognize.
