I'm surprised there aren't more on here. This is "California Energy Company". They are aggressive solar panel and window people. We even had an estimate with them and they still call even though we said not to. UGH.

11/02/15 19:12 PST Tried to call be I didn't answer. Glad I didn't. Way too many of these solar energy telemarketers. Didn't leave a message. Will block this one.
