BLOCK this call, it's a spoofed number.
Please note, this is the phone number for an innocent person, the Spammers just randomly chose her number when they spoofed the call. Don't call the # back, she already has a message up that she isn't the one who called and that she's working with the phone company to try to resolve... Sucks for her, and it can happen to any of us...
Also, you may want to block any number that starts with "818-288-4", I've received a bunch of different spam calls over the past few months that all start with this.
Got the call - we never answer unknown calls - ever. We never call a spam number back.
