Who called from 8182930506

I didn't pick up they didn't leave message. Caller ID said Sunland CA.

Same experience, CID Sunland, CA - no message left.  A search reveals this is a " non-fixed VoIP phone", so probably someone being a nuisance.

Missed the call; no message was left.

"Contractor" using home owner's name wants to know "what kind of jobs do you want me to do".
I told him he had violated our DNC listed phone # and we were reporting this to FTC as DNC list
violation. He became angry and belligerent . I hung up.
