According to my Showcaller phone app, this is a money scam call with multiple complaints out of Tijunga, California. The robotic scammer yelled and ordered me not to hang up if I wanted to make $10,000 in 14 days and an additional $10,000 after that. Contrary to the scamming weasel's shouted command, I hung up and blocked further calls.
