This is a user driven forum where people can talk about their experience with calls from particular numbers. Whoever is calling from this number is not going to monitor this site, read your post, know who "D" is and what his/her number is, and head the request to remove the number. Sounds silly when you put it that way, doesn't it? What you can do is take matters into your own hands: Get a call blocker or a phone with call blocking capabilities. Check with your service provider to see if they offer call blocking. Download a call blocking app for your cell. Most are free.
