Got callback from this number for car listing that I thought was private party, and was listed as being sold by private party.  Turns out that he is an an illegal curbstoner car dealer selling a number of cars in Los Angeles without a car dealer or business license.  Beware of fraudulent unlicensed car dealers!! (they will sell you attractive pieces of crap...and you will never be able to find them to sue their a**es off after you lost all of your $$$)
