This is one of GGS-AIR (a fake air duct cleaning scamster run out of a ups-store mailbox in southern ca) calling numbers - they are a scam con artist who gets in your home to 'clean' the air ducts, and locates 'damage' they cause, which costs $$ to fix - which they offer to do.  About as bad as the india windows service telemarketers - except they are in California!
